This report is written to help you clarify your lessons and goals, illuminate your struggles, and encourage you to move in the direction of your true purposes.
The best to you on your journey...

The placement of the Moon in your birth chart is very significant from a karmic perspective, as it indicates the accumulated karmic tendencies, both positive and negative, that you carry from your past incarnated experiences on earth.
While the Sun reveals your intended purposes and lessons for this present life cycle, the MOON represents what you have already done and developed, hence, what is instinctive and natural to you, and what you tend to do over and over again. Your childhood is also reflected in the Moon's placement, as it is through those childhood circumstances that any unresolved past-life issues are re-stimulated. Your subconscious predisposition is indicated by the Moon's position. It is the psychic imprint of the past. The nodes of the Moon describe behaviour patterns from the past, as well as delineating a direction out of outworn or overdone behaviours and habits.
Moon in Taurus:
You instinctively react to stress with patience and forbearance, and can withstand a great deal of buffeting or pressure without losing your emotional stability. Slow to respond to provocation, you are not easily knocked off centre and you maintain your inner poise even under trying circumstances.
Your incarnational past has been one of being deeply rooted in family and tradition, close to nature and the land, amidst relatively stable and peaceful conditions. Working on, or owning land, and living in accordance with nature's rhythms and cycles, gave you a deep sense of security which carries through to your present life in a number of ways. First is your preference for natural surroundings and your gift for growing things. You find comfort in your garden or even a drive through the countryside. Growing and working with plants and herbs can also be soothing to you for the same reason -- you have done so before and it is very familiar to you. Cooking and eating the food you have prepared seems to nourish you on levels besides the physical one. Relying on food to satisfy emotional needs or to promote a sense of security can obviously be a mixed blessing. You are a sensual person, and the touch of another person, your bare feet on earth, the feel of a tool in your hand: these are both pleasurable and comforting. All of these basic, natural, earthy activities, (gardening, farming, cooking, eating) are types of experiences you now instinctively seek out when feeling threatened in any way. Your deeply ingrained, down-to-earth common sense and basic practical skills give you a good foundation for taking care of yourself.
Another attribute you have developed in the past is your ability to stay with something and to wait long and patiently for an outcome. You intuitively understand the need for a gestation time, a period of inner preparation, waiting, and seeming inactivity before the fruits or the outward blossoming can happen. You have a kind of emotional stamina which enables you to "keep on keeping on", especially in regard to personal situations and relations. However, in many instances your apparent loyalty is little more than a slavish adherence to habit, and a tremendous disinclination to disrupt the status quo. When faced with the need to change, your initial response is to STAY PUT. Getting stuck in a rut is a great temptation for you. Having had little experience in moving around or adapting to changing circumstances, you now tend to retreat into the known and to stubbornly cling to the familiar rather than greeting upcoming changes with a sense of adventure or curiosity. Even a move which is positive, and very much desired by you consciously is apt to be met with some strong inner, unconscious resistance, and a great need for reassurance. Latching on to your children, long-time friends, or family members, becoming very territorial and possessive of your belongings, being constantly and excessively concerned with money and financial security (even when you are not in lack), or as mentioned above, indulging in food for comfort, are all indications that some part of you feels that you are moving away from tradition (and thus safety) too quickly. You need to learn how to nourish yourself and to feel secure without trying to control everything and everybody. While you would prefer sameness, you need to accept a certain amount of "chaos". Not every variable can be accounted for and not all of the unpredictability, mystery, and risk in life can be eliminated!
You may find yourself attracting people into your life who are drawn to your emotional steadiness and your earthy groundedness. You can be relied upon and others sense this. One gift you have to share with others is your well-developed knack for handling financial matters, and the material side of life in general.
Moon Opposition Venus:
You have a great capacity for and one might even say craving for tenderness, devoted love, family belonging, and the sweetness of shared domesticity. Your marriage and your children may well be the focus in your life, but this arena is not apt to be completely harmonious. You have conflicting urges when it comes to satisfying your erotic love feelings. What you want and what gives you pleasure in love may be at odds with what makes you comfortable or secure. Your ability to give and receive love freely may be inhibited by messages you received or experiences you had in childhood, or you may feel conflicting loyalties between your parents and family of origin verses your mate or lover. Or, perhaps, your identification with your role as parent interferes with your lover-relationship with your spouse. Along with this is a tendency to become overly "close" and dependent on family. On another level, you are apt to have a lazy, pleasure-loving side that enjoys being pampered and is disinclined to real effort and self-discipline.
A habit of doing things the easy way, and a certain passive desire to be taken care of, may develop. Also, quite possible is an addiction to sweets, and thus an ongoing weight problem.
Moon Square Mars:
Your instinct to take aggressive action, to take on challenges and to fight, has deep roots, and in terms of your current life and circumstances it may well work both for and against you. If you find that your personal life is stormy and conflicted or that people at work aggravate you, it would behove you to consider your role in the situation. You are apt to project early and intense sibling rivalries and other unresolved competitive and angry feelings on to many situations in life (usually quite unconsciously). You are likely to be touchy and defensive, quite sensitive to having your will and desires impeded, and the women in your life may especially be the targets for your unacknowledged anger. There may be one woman in particular with whom you have a volatile karmic relationship, and coming to resolution with her would bring peace to many other areas of your life. In any case, you must learn not to direct your aggressiveness on to innocent people! You do have an independent, energetic, spirited approach to life, a passion for doing and achieving, which are pluses. To balance your emotional energies, learning and regularly practicing techniques for calming and relaxation would be very beneficial for you. You have a tendency to burn out because you do not moderate yourself. If you are so inclined, meditating with or wearing certain stones may be an aid in this regard, including: chrysoprase, rose quartz, moonstone, and jade.
North Node in Leo:
In your incarnational past, the needs of the group or collective took precedence over your individual wants and needs, and while you perhaps enjoyed the sense of belonging and camaraderie, your individuality was submerged. Your growth direction now is to become a strong individual in your own right, developing your own creative talents and abilities.
North Node in 5th house:
You may find your past tendencies are particularly active whenever you are involved in a group, club, organization, or in community with others. That is where you tend to behave in the old way. Your growth direction is activated when you are involved in personal self expression or your individual creative projects.

The Sun in your birth chart represents the primary creative thrust for this lifetime, those qualities you are to develop (or further develop) and express, and your current life focus. This may be in harmony with your instincts and your emotional habits, or along completely different lines. The Sun represents your conscious identity in this lifetime.
Sun in Scorpio:
For you, this lifetime revolves upon the theme of experiencing your emotional depths, and penetrating the surface of life to explore the hidden, dark, secret or taboo. What lurks in the shadows or in the inner depths of the human soul is what concerns you, and it is your task to become aware of and express what you find hidden there. What society at large may fear or repress, you are fascinated with and drawn to experience and understand. This may include both a fear of and absorption with death and the mysterious side of life, delving into the politics of sexuality and power and experiencing strong, "dark" emotions such as passion, jealousy, revenge, or a desire for control. At times you may feel like a misfit, that your yearnings, desires, and true inclinations are somehow wrong or bad, or even that you are bad. You could take on a social persona which is dark and hints at something sinister (such as always wearing black, going out only at night...). However, your feeling for the dark undercurrents of life and your drive to experience life passionately and intensely, without avoiding any of it, may be expressed less overtly.
You are attracted to crisis, those transition times in life when people are tested, when their social masks do not matter anymore, and the true person is revealed. You may feel most alive and most yourself in life and death situations, whether you are involved in saving lives (as a doctor or healer), in destroying them (as in war), or simply by seeking out dangerous situations and dangerous companions. Often you will create your own crisis (especially in the arena of your close personal relationships) in order to pit yourself against the challenge. Other people may view this as a self-destructive urge in you, a masochistic (or sadistic) streak. The truth is you would rather feel pain, than to feel nothing at all. You want to be fully immersed in it, deeply and passionately involved. (Life for you is not a spectator sport).
You have great compassion and sympathetic feelings for those suffering or in pain, whether physical or emotional, for you are no stranger to it yourself. You may feel scornful of those people who appear to glide through life, never experiencing any real tragedy or pain, or plumbing their own depths. In love, it is the possibility of loss or betrayal that intensifies the experience for you. Put simply, you do not accept anything at face value, you instinctively know that there is a dark underside for every light surface. Understanding this shadowy side is a key to fulfilling your life purpose.
Personal relationships may be an obsession of yours, the arena where your passion and drive for intense closeness and emotional union expresses itself fully. However, trust, vulnerability, and relinquishing control are not easy for you. Because of this, and because you have a great capacity and need for emotional intensity (which not everyone can match) your human relationships are frequently not smooth. You go to extremes. With you it is usually all or nothing, whether you choose total celibacy or complete immersion and involvement. A really loving intimate relationship can be tremendously healing for you also, especially if you allow your partner to see who you really are, including those aspects of yourself you usually hide and consider ugly and unacceptable. Being unconditionally accepted by another may be the first step toward embracing your own "darkness", which will be a lifelong lesson for you. The fairy tale perhaps most relevant to this task is "Beauty and the Beast". Rather than rejecting your beastliness (your negativity, fear, or not-beautiful emotions or impulses) you must learn to look at and lovingly accept them, thus, transforming yourself. Ultimately it is those who have struggled with and come to terms with their darkness who are able to bring light, understanding and healing to others who suffer, and this is part of your life's purpose.
Sun Opposition Moon:
In this lifetime, to fulfil yourself as an individual, you need to develop and express yourself along very different lines than you have in the past. Thus, in many instances your conscious purposes and inclinations are rather at odds with the deeper subconscious beliefs, patterns and the familiar ways of being which are carry-overs from your incarnational past. Comparing the interpretation of your Moon sign and aspects in Chapter One and the interpretation of your Sun sign and aspects in Chapter 2, you will notice definite opposing or conflicting tendencies or inconsistencies. You will need to say yes to both of these sides of yourself, even though they may seem to pull you in different directions, for denying either side will keep you locked in conflict with yourself or see-sawing between extremes. However, it is also important for you to bring to light those emotionally-based habits, prejudices, and "needs" which you hold on to and which may be interfering with your current needs and requirements for growth.
Sun Conjunct Venus:
A significant part of your soul purpose is to create more harmony, love, and beauty in the world, as well as to deeply appreciate and savour its sweetness.
Aesthetics are very important to you and you have a unique personal sense of style that infuses all that you do. Your gracefulness, artfulness, charm, and ability to please carries you through many situations in life. A potential pitfall on your path is narcissism and vanity, an over-absorption in your own attractive powers, and the tendency to use your personal charm for selfish gain. Furthermore, you can also be taken in by appearances and overlook the essential value of something (or someone) if it is not packaged appealingly.

The point that was on the eastern horizon at the moment of your birth is called the ASCENDANT, or rising sign. While the Sun describes your conscious direction and current life focus, and the Moon your subconscious predisposition and past, the Ascendant indicates a way of being that transcends and embraces past, present, and future. It describes the way you engage and merge with the outer world and how you bring through into life the energies depicted by the Sun, the Moon, and the rest of your birth chart. Everything is filtered through the Ascendant from an esoteric point of view. It indicates your soul's function and thus a key part of your destiny.
Pisces Rising:
Your sensitive feelings, openness, gentleness, and deep empathy are the keys to fulfilling your soul function. You are to minister to others, whether as a healer or spiritual counsellor or simply as a compassionate listener and non-judgemental friend. Others will seek you out when troubled or in need. By nature you are unselfish and giving, and must learn your limits and when to say no.
You have pronounced intuitive or psychic abilities which can be a dependable source of guidance for you if you learn to pay attention and give credence to them. Your ruling planets are Jupiter, planet of religion and, Neptune, planet of mysticism and imagination.
Pisces Rising and Jupiter in Pisces:
Your Jupiter is in Pisces as well, indicating that you are a mystic as well as a philanthropist. Your faith, devotion, and trust in a Higher Order sustains you, and you draw protection from the unseen realms. Part of your soul function has to do with work on the inner planes through prayer, meditation, or working with subtle forces.
Pisces Rising and Neptune in Scorpio:
Your Neptune is in Scorpio: An urge for a deep understanding of the mysteries of life, death, afterlife, or the sudden forces of the psyche is an underlying theme of your generation. You are a deep sea diver. Avoid the murky waters of mind-altering drugs or distorted imagery in art or music, in order to fulfil your highest destiny.

Karmically considered, the placement of Saturn in your birth chart indicates where your energetic blockages, weaknesses and fears lie, and the areas of your life where the most concentrated effort and discipline will be required to master and overcome them. Yet it also points to the aspects of life which can become your greatest strength if you are willing to face your fears and difficulties honestly, and work with them patiently.
Saturn in Aquarius
Your particular struggle has two faces. First, you can feel alienated from the mainstream of society, unable to comfortably be a part of things or to participate socially, disaffected and oppressed by society's rules or the prevailing order of things in the world. A harsh social critic, you may feel like the lone-wolf, both longing for and refusing acceptance, inclusion and approval from "the group". Your innate distrust of groups or crowds may prevent you from joining in activities you would actually enjoy. Depending on other factors in your chart, you are apt to feel either painfully isolated, or simply aloof. You have an acute social conscience and are prone to feel personally guilty for the collective's mistakes, or to try to instil guilt in others for the same. One negative tendency you also have is to blame all of your own problems on the ills of society, the corruption in the government, "Big Brother", etc. You tend to focus on the gloomiest aspect of the world scene, and to fear the worst.
The other side of the coin is a tendency to stifle your uniqueness in order to fit in. Being acceptable and conforming may become overly important to you, so much so that you intensely dislike anyone who deviates from convention or is "weird" in any way. If you find that this is the case, know that you are actually fighting an aspect of your own inner self. You could also become a "joiner", overly identified with social causes to the neglect or determent of your other personal interests or relations.
Saturn in 11th house:
While you may consider yourself either superior or inferior to many of the people you encounter, you rarely find people you deem equals or true friends. The social critic in you is quite strong, and you have little taste for the superficial, the faddish, or the kind of casual social games that often pass for friendship in contemporary society. Social isolation, a sense of aloneness or estrangement even amongst people, and an inability to "fit in" and feel a sense of belonging with like-minded companions is apt to be your personal cross to bear. You may join any number of groups or clubs but somehow you are cast in the role of the outsider or devil's advocate, the one who speaks uncomfortable truths or sees the fly in the ointment.
Searching for common ground, a real sense of community, and a way to participate and make a meaningful contribution to "the family of man" is one aspect of your struggle. It may be that you have to learn to accept your humanness, your ordinariness, and the "spiritual common denominator" that unites you with your fellow creatures before you will be able to shed your loneliness and sense of not being a part of things.
Saturn Quincunx Uranus:
You carry tremendous inner tension which you will have to work to resolve and harmonize in order to have any peace in your life or any ongoing success in either your personal relationships or your life ambitions. You have what some would call a "disobedient spirit": habitual and chronic irritability and rebelliousness, a refusal to accept or cooperate with any kind of outward authority, and perhaps most troublesome of all, a tendency to blame others the government, the system, your parents, your ex-) for your discontent. Because you tend to resent any kind of restrictions or limitations (including those imposed simply by living a "normal" orderly existence), you may periodically revolt, and any sort of stability, security, or seniority you may have acquired is badly damaged or destroyed. Or, your inner stress may be expressed in physical symptoms such as grinding your teeth, TMJ, headaches, or imbalances caused by disrupted rhythms. Your karmic pattern is to operate out of an extreme, polarized, all-or-nothing position. You may believe you must either conform and be an automaton or totally disregard convention, tradition, and the old order. On the other hand, you may identify entirely with the established orthodoxy and feel you must repress any impulses toward change or unconventionality, that it is somehow dangerous to experiment or deviate in any way. You may see-saw between these two extremes. Transitions tend to be especially difficult for you. You do not want to let go AND you want to sever your ties entirely. To begin harmonizing these patterns and healing your life, decide first of all to stop blaming others or the way the world is for your discomfort. Make friends with "the enemy", those parts of life you have been polarized against. On a physical level, regular, rhythmic exercise such as bicycling or swimming, and receiving massage therapy to release emotional and muscular tension can be helpful.

The following is a description of your MAJOR LIFE CHALLENGES, both in terms of energies you are to learn to develop and express in a positive way, and those which are the result of struggles and unresolved karmic issues which you have brought into this life.
Mercury Square Mars:
One of your challenges in this lifetime is to learn to use your sharp intellect and quick tongue in ways that are constructive and beneficial to you and those around you. At your worst you can be verbally abusive, overpowering others with your intellectual arguments or criticism, and create enormous animosity and ill will in the process. Try not to bark orders or command or be so quick to turn all of you encounters into an opportunity to prove yourself right. You may thus gain a reputation for being pushy and quarrelsome which certainly will not work in your favour. The hard-shell approach generally back fires.
Certainly there are some arenas where a clear, sharp intellect and the ability to state your opinions forcefully are an asset, courtroom law, for instance, or in certain academic climates and pursuits. Confrontation, self-assertion, and expressing anger does have its place, but when you are out of balance with this energy you can experience severe headaches, accident proneness (especially those involving travel, sharp instruments or breaking glass), nervous tension, and, as implied above, discordant relations with people.
It would be helpful for you to learn and regularly practice deep breathing and relaxation techniques to calm your nervous system. Wearing or carrying certain gemstones may facilitate this also, such as rose quartz, jade, emerald, peridot, or chrysoprase. More than anything, however, awareness is the key. Rather than blaming the outside world for things that irritate you, look instead at your own penchant to be argumentative and irritated. If you can harmonize this aspect of your nature, you will evolve a brilliance and clarity of mind, along with the energy and decisiveness to act on your creative ideas.
Mercury Conjunct Neptune:
Part of your purpose and challenge in life is to translate your particular vision and subtle sensitivity into some form that speaks to others. You are attuned to the muse, whether you are a musician, poet, artist, spiritual seeker, or a psychically gifted counsellor. Your mind does not function in a strictly logical, linear way and you may have difficulty ordering your life, understanding boundaries, or functioning in a defined and reliable way.
Your mind functions primarily in the world of images which can be either a rich source of creativity or a confusing maze of self-created fantasies. Learning to differentiate between dream and reality is imperative. Mental clarity and self-discipline, strict avoidance of mind-altering substances, honesty with self and others, and seeking feedback from an objective person when you are feeling fuzzy or confused, is necessary in order to make the most of your gifts.
You are open to the phenomena of "channelling". At your finest, you will feel yourself to be a channel or conduit for "magic" to happen, artistically or otherwise.
Venus is Retrograde:
You have had a prior lifetime or lifetimes in which your love was unrequited or lost or somehow denied expression and fulfilment due to circumstances, and this both intensifies and complicates your personal affections in the present. You may feel there is "never enough" which can lead to greediness for friends or lovers, or even for money or food. On the other hand, you may withhold affection, be unable to attract true affection, or withhold commitment in love due to the shame or hurt you had. A new feeling toward love and relationship can evolve as you learn to trust yourself and let intimacy into your life.
Mars Square Neptune:
Your masculine, yang, assertive energies combine (somewhat tensely and uneasily) with your urge for transcendence, grandeur, and a life beyond the every day or material. This could be expressed through you in various ways. At best you are an inspired creative genius with the drive and need to physically manifest your dreams and visions. (This may, nevertheless, be hard on those around you or the part of you that wants a normal, orderly existence, as you tend to become fanatical and to ignore the more mundane stuff).
You may have a great deal of fantasy about and infatuation with masculinity, male power, which can lead to feelings of personal inadequacy, sexual confusion, an over identification with macho strengths and values, muscles, competition, or simply an unclear relationship with men. You may idealize the man (father, husband, son) and fail to perceive them accurately. You tend to go to extremes, either denying all male attributes, functions or values, or secretly worshipping them.
You may also have great aspirations and far reaching ambitions which may or may not be practically realizable. However, for you, to live is to dream. Strive for complete honesty, with yourself as well as others, because the downside of this pattern is a tendency to evade or deceive or simply ignore what is. Also avoid the tendency to use either your physical strength or your sexual power and charisma in an exaggerated way. Misdirection of these energies can weaken your vitality considerably.
Ultimately you may be led to devote your strength and all your actions to something that transcends personal gratification and personal desire, becoming a channel for a higher power to work through.
Jupiter Opposition Uranus:
Part of what your present incarnation is about is being an instrument through which the "new" is given birth into the world. You carry dreams of broad social and political change and/or a spiritual awakening in the collective. Through your choices, beliefs and actions, as well as your very way of being, you encourage these positive changes in the world around you. Still, from time to time, you are apt to have difficulties with those who are invested in maintaining control, stability, order, convention, or the status quo. Individualistic freedom is very important to you. You can not or will not fit in to any formalized or closed system, be it the church, academia, or any other group you consider rigid. Over enthusiastic zeal can also work against you at times.

The following is a description of your GIFTS and STRENGTHS which can help you work with your major life challenges. These are abilities and qualities of heart, mind, and soul which are quite natural to you. You probably take them for granted. Because these represent the lines of least resistance for you, you may rely too much upon them at times; hence, there are some cautions suggested. Still, these are the areas where good flows into your life and/or where you have considerable inner resources.
Mercury Sextile Pluto:
You have a gift for intellectual strategy and solving mysteries and puzzles. Intense mental focus and concentration, combined with your acute perceptions, enables you to do "magic" when you set your mind to it, and your wizardry in some specialized field may be well known.
You are deeply interested in what lies below the surface in any situation or person, and have an instinctive grasp of these subtleties. You may, for instance, use your hands to perceive the auric field, discover imbalances, and transmit healing energies to the one in need. The deep study of esoteric subjects, as well as the development of your mental powers, is natural to you, for you have pursued these areas in your incarnational past. This knowledge can be reawakened in you rather easily, and you are likely to be a teacher and/or transmitter of the understandings you have gained.
Neptune Sextile Pluto:
Collectively, this is a time in history that enables you and those of your generation to advance spiritually through a heightened awareness of the invisible and intangible realms. A rebirth of spirituality through direct contact with higher forces is occurring in this generation. This contact takes many, many forms, including a compelling interest in life beyond death. You may or may not have a personal involvement with this, as it is a group karma rather than a primarily personal one.
